Tet is a medium size, national accounting, advisory and technology firm. The firm has experienced significant growth the last three years and are now entering a strategic growth phase – both organic, and through strategic M&A processes. Within a very short period of time this firm has grown from a local player to serving the entire country as well as integrating a multitude of companies into the Tet brand.
In order for the company to manage the fast growth ambitions, we created a holistic growth strategy together with the board and the management team. Fully based on the new brand strategy, and the aspired position for the company. The growth strategy was launched internally and is now under external implementation.
