Tet is a medium size, national accounting, advisory and technology firm.
The firm was experiencing significant growth over the previous three years and began to enter a strategic growth phase – both organic, and through strategic M&A processes.
Within a very short period of time this firm grew from a local player to serving the entire country, as well as integrating a multitude of companies into the Tet brand.
Because of the fast growth the company experienced, several entities have been organically created or taken over. Clearly lacking an overall integration and acquisition strategy on a branding hierarchy level. Essentially, the firm was operating under a set of rules that had no foundation in the brand strategy or the holistic ambitions of the firm.
A strategic approach to their portfolio, as well as their overall brand strategy and positioning would simplify their customer focus and enable further growth.
In order for the company to manage the fast growth ambitions, a holistic growth strategy was created together with the board and the management team fully based on the new brand strategy, and the aspired position for the company. The growth strategy was launched internally and was implemented shortly after.
Going forward Tet Group will work towards integrating the new partners and acquired companies to create the holistic masterbrand architecture throughout the country. XY01 is an integrated part of this journey and are proud to be a player for Tet towards even greater success.
